Job description

Now Hiring: Construction & Roofing Project Manager

Alta Property Services is looking for an experienced Construction & Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated professional who can lead projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential and commercial roofing and interior/exterior construction projects.
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
  • Schedule projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform site inspections and monitor quality throughout each project.
  • Communicate with commercial building & homeowners, insurance adjusters, vendors, and office staff.
  • Prepare project scopes, estimates, change orders, and documentation.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and material orders.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
  • Resolve jobsite challenges efficiently while maintaining quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of construction or roofing project management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems and interior/exterior construction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with insurance restoration is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely.
  • Xactimate knowledge a must.
