We are seeking a versatile, highly motivated Interior Construction Estimator & Designer to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry, take complete ownership of your work, and love bringing residential and multi-family projects to life, this is your stage.

What You'll Do:
  • Plan & Design: Leverage your expertise to design and plan cabinetry, flooring, tile, and interior finishes for single-family and multi-family projects.
  • Analyze & Takeoff: Perform detailed blueprint analysis, complete accurate material takeoffs, and compile precise project estimates.
  • Visualize & Execute: Translate 2D plans into clear 3D spatial concepts, catching design and structural details before construction begins.
  • Own & Deliver: Manage your time effectively, adapt to shifting project needs, and drive projects across the finish line with excellence.

  • Spatial Visualization: Sharp ability to interpret 2D drawings and conceptualize 3D structures effortlessly.
  • Precision & Problem Solving: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to resolving plan discrepancies.
  • Communication & Versatility: Top-tier verbal and written communication skills, with an eager, adaptable mindset and a dedication to continuous growth.
