What You'll Do
  • Design distinctive logos, icons, badges, and visual marks that effectively support and enhance the Employer Brand.
  • Conceptualize and develop engaging merchandise such as pins, patches, stickers, apparel graphics, and other branded items.
  • Continuously expand and evolve the Employer Brand's visual asset library, ensuring consistency and freshness.
  • Create compelling illustrations, patterns, textures, and supporting graphics for various applications.
  • Develop essential assets for presentations, recruiting events, social media platforms, career sites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative work strictly adheres to brand guidelines while actively contributing to the establishment of a distinct Employer Brand identity.
  • Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital applications, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Collaborate closely with Employer Brand strategy, recruitment marketing, and enterprise creative partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Iterate rapidly on designs based on feedback, demonstrating agility and efficiency while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in graphic or brand design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in logo design, iconography, illustration, merchandise or environmental graphics, and brand identity work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • A strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and layout principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate creative direction into polished and effective design assets.
  • Comfortable working independently and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Strong illustration skills.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics (e.g., After Effects).
  • Experience in apparel or merchandise design.
  • Experience creating print-ready production files.
