Camper Van Carpenter Interior Build Specialist
Contract • Fayetteville, AR
Compensation: Project-based (equivalent up to ~$35–$45/hour depending on project scope)
About the Role
OZK Vans is seeking skilled carpenters to support interior camper van builds. This independent contractor role focuses on cabinetry, finish carpentry, and interior construction work.
We are building a contractor bench for upcoming projects.
Scope of Work
  •  Build and install cabinetry and storage systems. 
  •  Install wall panels, flooring, and interior finishes. 
  •  Perform finish carpentry and trim work. 
  •  Assist with layout execution and interior construction. 
What We’re Looking For
  •  Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, or custom builds. 
  •  Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail. 
  •  Ability to interpret measurements and build plans. 
  •  Valid driver’s license. 
  •  Personal tools preferred.
Work Structure
This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor (1099) relationship. Contractors operate independently and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
