  • Manage drawing revisions and maintain version control through all project phases

What You Bring:
  • Proven proficiency in Revit (BIM modeling, families, sheet sets, documentation)
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Experience producing and exporting IFC files issued for construction and BIM coordination workflows
  • Proficiency with rendering software (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar) to produce photorealistic renderings for client presentations
  • Familiarity with at least one additional interior design/visualization tool (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max)
  • Demonstrated experience designing modern apartment finishes and Class A amenity spaces for multifamily and/or office projects
  • Understanding of construction documentation standards and detailing
  • Working knowledge of building codes, ADA/accessibility requirements, and material/finish specifications
  • Experience with lighting design, including layouts, fixture specification, and light plans
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 6+ years of professional interior design experience
