  • Designer– The Designer is responsible for the design, development, and detailed documentation of innovative products that provide high quality and reliable performance to our customers at a competitive cost. The Designer can be expected to work independently on projects of various size or in harmony with design engineers on larger projects. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical design or technology and related agricultural or industrial equipment design experience is required. Knowledge and experience in the areas of machining, steel fabrication, and welding are essential. Detailed high level 3D CAD solid modeling experience is required with CREO CAD and Product Data Management (PDM) experience preferred. A farming background with knowledge of hay tools, spreaders and mixers is also desired.
