Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting divisions across the ABC Supply enterprise, as well as our field teams, by delivering high-quality, on-brand creative that helps our teams put their best foot forward every day.
Our designers operate in a fast-paced, on-demand environment, responding quickly to business needs while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards. This position balances responsiveness to division- and field-driven requests with participation in larger, strategic enterprise marketing initiatives. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound design judgment, and the ability to perform under tight timelines across a large, distributed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Division & Branch Support
  • Design marketing and sales materials to support divisions & and field requests, including flyers, signage, presentations, event materials, local promotions, and digital assets
  • Respond effectively in a fast-paced, on-demand environment while managing shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across divisions and the field to understand goals, timelines, and audiences, ensuring designs are both effective and practical
  • Deliver timely, accurate work while maintaining ABC brand standards
  • Manage multiple requests simultaneously, demonstrating accountability for deadlines and deliverables

Enterprise Marketing Projects:
  • Support enterprise-level marketing campaigns and initiatives across print, digital, and experiential (trade show, live productions) channels
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership, and cross-functional partners to execute creative aligned with business objectives
  • Contribute design support for corporate communications, internal initiatives, brand campaigns, and customer-facing programs
  • Apply and help protect ABC's visual identity across all touchpoints

Design Execution & Brand Stewardship:
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all deliverables
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use, working with internal and external partners as needed
  • Organize and maintain design files and assets within established systems and processes
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners at all levels of the organization
  • Receive and incorporate feedback constructively while offering thoughtful design recommendations
  • Work within established workflows while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (corporate or agency experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting multiple divisions or business units within a large organization
  • Experience supporting both field/local marketing needs and enterprise-level campaigns
  • Familiarity with brand governance in a large or distributed organization
  • Experience designing both print and digital environments
  • Exposure to motion graphics, video, or presentation design tools (Figma, After Effects, etc.) is a plus
