We are currently seeking an Interior Designer Project Manager for our Seattle team.

Job Description

Our Seattle office is seeking a highly creative and energetic Interior Designer Project Manager, passionate about design, to lead teams through projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience with a diverse background and experience a mix of project types – ideally hospitality, multi‑family, and workplace. An aptitude for dynamic design, a commitment to sustainable interior architecture, and a desire to cultivate client relationships is vital to succeeding in this position. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple project types and sizes simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and project teams in a fast‑paced environment that rewards self‑starters.
  • Superb mentorship skills are essential for this role.
  • Foster great design in all phases of a project.
  • Develop and manage work plans and project teams.
  • Estimate fees and write project proposals.
  • Lead daily interaction with clients, architectural teams, and design teams.
  • Manage the execution of design and contract documents including understanding detailing and specifications.
  • Provide quality control for contract documents.
  • Must have strong interior design skill and also be passionate about design.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited school.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ Interior Design experience and/or an architectural background primarily focused in interiors.
  • Experience working on an integrated architecture/interiors team and/or coordinating with outside architecture firms when required.
  • Experience in multiple project types and sizes; history of developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel required; collaborative, team‑oriented, and tech‑savvy.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • InDesign, SketchUp, and SmartSheet experience preferred but not required.
