We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our Boston office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of project types including Commercial, Multifamily, Workplace and similar design-related projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to technically sophisticated, design-focused work. The Interior Designer will be involved in projects from early concept through construction and installation, supporting interior architecture, furnishings, art and accessory specification, as well as procurement packages. This is a hybrid role expected to be in the office minimum 24 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in interior design from project inception through construction and closeout
  • Contribute to programming, space planning, and concept development in coordination with project architects and design leadership
  • Translate design concepts into cohesive interior environments aligned with architectural intent and client goals
  • Prepare interior design documentation including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
  • Research, select, and specify materials, finishes, lighting, furnishings, art, and accessories
  • Develop finish palettes, furniture packages, and presentation materials for client and internal review
  • Support client presentations and incorporate feedback throughout the design process
  • Participate in construction site visits and assist with field reports, RFIs & submittal review.
  • Assist with maintaining project schedules and interior design deliverables
Qualifications
  • Strong technical skills with high proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, visualization and graphics software.
  • Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design.
  • Great team player with excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of professional experience.
