Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality design solutions that meet both the practical and creative needs of each project. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Interior Design Manager to join our team and lead exciting new projects.

Position Overview:
As the Interior Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design process of interior spaces within the firm. This includes collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to create interior design solutions that are both functional and visually impactful. You will be leading a talented team of designers and guiding them through the design phases, from concept development to construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the interior design process, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and client presentations.
-Develop and review detailed construction drawings for tenant improvement projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent.
-Utilize Revit to create and update accurate design models and drawings, collaborating with other teams to integrate design solutions.
-Oversee the preparation and production of comprehensive design documentation, including interior layouts, elevations, and specifications.
-Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
