Shape the Workplace That Supports Great Design


EDSA is seeking a strategic and collaborative Facilities and Workplace Manager

to oversee the planning, enhancement, and operation of our workplace environments.


Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this highly visible leadership role is responsible for managing facilities operations, workplace planning, commercial property management, capital improvement projects, vendor partnerships, and multi-office operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring EDSA's workplace environments support our business objectives while reflecting our commitment to design excellence.

What You'll Do

As the Workplace & Property Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategic oversight and continuous improvement of EDSA's workplace environments.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a Workplace Master Plan for EDSA's Fort Lauderdale campus.
  • Planning and managing workplace and property improvement projects.
  • Leading capital projects, office renovations, workspace reconfigurations, furniture installations, and tenant improvement (TI) projects.
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors, and specialty trades throughout all phases of project delivery.
  • Managing commercial property operations, including lease administration, tenant relationships, and tenant improvement projects.
  • Partnering with commercial real estate brokers to market available office space and support leasing activities.
  • Overseeing facilities operations, preventative maintenance programs, and building systems.
  • Managing facility operations and capital budgets.
  • Establishing workplace and facility standards across EDSA's office locations.
  • Supporting office expansions, relocations, and workplace startup activities.
  • Negotiating vendor contracts, managing service agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and consultants.
  • Partnering with Human Resources, Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Design Leadership to support workplace initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting workplace operations through occasional off-site errands, warehouse visits, material pickups, and coordination of property-related logistics as needed.


What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings a combination of workplace operations, facilities management, commercial property, and project management experience along with a collaborative approach to leadership.


Qualifications include:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in facilities management, commercial property management, workplace operations, construction management, corporate real estate, or project management.
  • Experience managing capital improvement or renovation projects.
  • Experience administering commercial leases and working with brokers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, project management, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple complex initiatives while building strong cross-functional relationships.
