Kitchen Business Development, Sales & Design Coordinator

We offer a complete experience—from selling premium products (faucets, tiles, cabinets, accessories) to full design and installation services. We are dedicated to creating elegant, functional spaces aligned with the latest interior design trends.

Position: Kitchen Business Development, Sales & Design Coordinator

Location: DAX International showrooms in South Florida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate kitchen sales across all DAX International locations.
  • Support and develop the kitchen business line in collaboration with sales teams across showrooms.
  • Advise clients on kitchen remodeling projects, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of kitchen products, including cabinets, countertops, sinks, kitchen faucets, tiles (backsplash and flooring), hardware, and mirrors.
  • Stay current on kitchen design trends, materials, and innovative products.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house kitchen designers and technical staff to ensure project success.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals in coordination with the design team.
  • Manage sales processes and customer interactions through internal systems (ERP/SAP).
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the kitchen business line.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical sales of kitchen products or in interior design sales.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen remodeling materials (cabinets, surfaces, faucets, tiles, hardware, mirrors, etc.).
  • Ability to provide expert advice on design and product selection.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
  • Strong team player who can collaborate with designers, sales staff, and installers.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Previous experience in design, remodeling, or construction showrooms is highly valued.
