At Wisenbaker, we empower our Design Consultants with the tools, support, and systems to deliver an exceptional customer experience without unnecessary headaches.

If you thrive on guiding homebuyers, turning design choices into reality, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this role is for you. Here, your expertise directly influences homebuyer satisfaction, builder relationships, and overall design center success.

Your Mission:

Conduct appointments efficiently and effectively, adhering to builder cycle times.
Review and finalize all required paperwork accurately with homebuyers.

Follow all builder-specific and Wisenbaker policies, ensuring proper procedures are followed daily.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous Wisenbaker or builder showroom experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and handle product samples up to 25 lbs.
Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with occasional overtime.

About The Company

At Wisenbaker, we don't just support the homebuilding industry, we help build it from the ground up. As one of the largest interior finish solutions providers in the country, we partner with top homebuilders to deliver flooring, countertops, and cabinets that turn houses into homes. But we're more than materials, we're a people-powered operation where hard work is noticed, growth is real, and leadership actually leads. If you're ready to be part of something built to last, welcome to Wisenbaker.
