Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing the following duties:
  • Daily Interaction with customers
  • Updating of customer specific documentation requirements
  • Ordering supplies
  • Duties assigned by Area, Regional and Operations Managers
  • Inventory Control
  • Assist in Fleet Management
  • Equipment repairs
  • Dispatch
  • Tracking of damage reports
  • Assist with recruiting duties when needed

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean background check for access to restricted and/or controlled areas.
  • Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass random drug screens and to remain drug free.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have above average computer skills.
  • One to three years� experience.
