Appliance Delivery Driver

Nonn's is one of the select nationwide divisions owned by Artisan Design Group. Artisan Design Group (ADG), a Lowe's company, is a leading national provider of interior finishings solutions for homebuilders and property management clients. ADG delivers end-to-end design, procurement, and installation services for flooring, cabinets, countertops, and a growing portfolio of interior products.

Following its 2025 acquisition by Lowe's Companies, Inc., the company continues to operate as ADG while benefiting from the scale, resources, and brand strength of one of the most trusted names in home improvement. Nonn's is currently seeking a skilled candidate to succeed in the role of Appliance Delivery Driver. This is a full-time, hourly position that reports to the Appliance Service Director with the primary responsibility to load/unload, distribute, and deliver appliances and related products efficiently and accurately. The Appliance Delivery Driver is also responsible for basic installation of some products. Training is provided.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Drive 26-foot box truck on scheduled local and regional route with occasional unscheduled stops and changes. May drive other vehicles to deliver materials, such as company vans.
  • Assist with loading trucks and vehicles; deliver and unload appliances to job sites, completing placement and basic installation as directed.
  • Responsible for accurate delivery of appliances as noted on orders and work tickets
  • Communicate in a courteous manner with customers throughout the delivery
  • Troubleshoot any questions or concerns in a professional manner
  • Document or communicate status of delivery, including changes, with manager.
  • May assist with picking and staging orders in the warehouse
  • May assist with warehouse maintenance, focusing on a clean and organized work area.

Supervisory responsibilities This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Must have a valid driver license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without restriction and on a regular basis
  • 6+ months delivery driving experience for wholesale or commercial customers
  • 6+ months customer service experience
  • 6+ months box truck or similar vehicle experience preferred
  • 6+ months maintenance, construction, or large item delivery experience preferred
  • Ability to read/write basic English correspondence
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
