Job description

Overview
The Maintenance Administrative Assistant supports the maintenance department by tracking work orders, maintaining departmental logs, auditing SDS books, processing purchase orders, and managing administrative tasks. This role ensures efficient operations through accurate record-keeping, data entry, and effective communication with team members, other departments, and guests.
Responsibilities
Maintenance Administrative Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Communicating with each supervisor and inspector regarding departures, cleaning status, room moves, discrepancies, no-show's, VIP arrivals, and guest and employee requests
  • Answering the telephone and appropriately responding to requests
  • Maintaining all logs in the maintenance department, including but not limited to: Employee key cards, radios, bed spreads, deep-cleans and work orders
  • Auditing SDS books in each department to ensure they are maintained and updated
  • Processing purchase orders, ordering supplies and coding invoices
  • Keeping track and submitting all work orders within system
  • Logging lost and found items
  • Performing service call backs for in-house guests to ensure the highest quality of service
  • Other duties as assigned
