The Emerge Center is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and flexible
Administrative Assistant-Float to provide administrative support across the organization.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well with different teams, and is
comfortable stepping into different responsibilities as needs arise.
Rather than being tied to one specific department, this position will serve as a flexible
administrative resource, helping keep daily operations running smoothly and providing
coverage and support wherever it is needed most.
What You'll Do
Administrative Support
โ€ข Provide general administrative and clerical support to departments throughout
Emerge.
โ€ข Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and maintaining records.
โ€ข Prepare documents, forms, reports, and other administrative materials.
โ€ข Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and other correspondence as needed.
โ€ข Assist with maintaining organized and accurate electronic and paper files.
Float & Department Support
โ€ข Provide administrative coverage for staff who are out of the office or during periods
of increased workload.
โ€ข Assist different departments with short-term projects and ongoing administrative
needs.
โ€ข Step into various office functions as priorities change.
โ€ข Help identify administrative gaps and take initiative to address them.
โ€ข Support special projects, events, meetings, and organizational initiatives.
Front Office & Customer Service
