La personne qui occupe ce poste est responsable d’effectuer des ventes, de faire le marchandisage et remplir les fonctions de service à la clientèle sur une base de visites régulières de clients déjà etablis à l'intérieur de la région désignée.  Ce poste est a temps plein quatre jours semaine et rémunéré sur une base horaire. 

Responsabilités universelles 

  • Vérifier notre distribution de produits ainsi que la conformité des planogrammes. Vérifier l’exactitude des prix de détail. Assurez la rotation des stocks. Relever toute rupture de produit et effectuer une commande le cas échéant. Vérifier l’exécution de nos programmes promotionnels corporatifs nationales et régionales. Mettre en place les promotions sur le plancher de vente. 

  • Présenter et vendre de nombreux programmes générateurs de volume. 

  • Développer et maintenir de bonnes relations avec le personnel clé des magasins afin de renforcer la position de l’entreprise.  

  • Fournir des commentaires cohérents sur les concurrents au Responsable des ventes au détail. 

  • Assister à des salons commerciaux, des réunions d’entreprise et des réunions avec les clients, tel que requis. 

Responsabilités particulières 

  • Peut également effectuer d'autres tâches à la demande. 

Compétences et expérience requises 

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires avec 2 ans d’expérience reconnue en vente et marchandisage pour les biens de consommation courante (CPG). 

  • Des compétences éprouvées en matière de négociation et de vente. 

  • Beaucoup d’entregent et de compétences en communication à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur de notre société. 

  • Capacité à s’autogérer/s’auto-motiver. 

  • Avoir une vision entrepreneuriale du développement de son territoire 

  • Connaissance de base de la suite Microsoft et à l’aise avec les applications informatiques 

  • Organise et structure. 

  • Capable de travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement en évolution rapide. 

  • Un(e) collaborateur(rice) d'équipe. 

  • Le bilinguisme n’est pas essentiel mais constitue un atout. 

  • Demeurer a l’intérieur du territoire a couvrir est un atout IMPORTANT.

Compétences et expérience préférées 

  • Capacité et flexibilité de changer de territoire/clients. 

Relations de travail 

  • Les relations les plus importantes se font avec le Responsable et chef des ventes au détail (interne) et les Gérants de magasin/acheteurs (externe).

  • Des voyages sont nécessaires.
