QUALIFICATIONS for Cake Decorator (partial list):

- Proven experience within the cake/dessert decorating business. Pictures of work required.

- Demonstrate the ability to use many different mediums including Butter Cream and Pastry Pride.

- Familiar with dozens of different decorating tips and have an eye for artistic detail.

- Excellent time management skills.

- Use of effective communication skills to be able to work with guests and take their cake orders.

- Able to work in a fast-paced operation with the ability to stand for long periods of time.

- Food handler's card required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (partial list):

- Deliver outstanding hospitality and customer service.

- Take cake orders and make cakes for guests' special orders and cakes made ahead and ready for pickup.

- Ensure consistent standards are met while creating a beautiful edible piece of art.

- Use of creative skills to grow and build a successful cake business catering to the needs of the guests.

- Drive sales and profitability through uncompromising execution, quality, and service.
