We’re looking for a driven Construction Estimator to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial interior projects. If you enjoy turning plans into precise numbers, collaborating with talented teams, and seeing your work come to life in the field—this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

You’ll focus on drywall, framing, acoustical systems, and interior finishes, working on impactful projects across the Boston area.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates for commercial interior projects
  • Review drawings, specs, and project documents to develop competitive, winning bids
  • Partner with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the bid process
  • Gather and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure best value
  • Support bid reviews, scope alignment, and project handoff to operations
  • Assist with change orders, project documentation, and cost tracking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Stay ahead of market trends, pricing shifts, and project risks

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of construction estimating experience (interiors preferred)
  • Experience with drywall, framing, acoustical ceilings, or interior finishes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency with estimating tools (On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, PlanSwift, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Commercial interior project experience
  • OSHA certification
  • Experience working in union environments
