We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our early childhood education program located within Delmar Gardens of O'Fallon, a beautiful, state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. This unique environment provides meaningful opportunities for intergenerational engagement and enriching experiences between children and older adults in a warm, family-centered setting.
Responsibilities include:
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Supporting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Encouraging creativity, communication, and kindergarten readiness skills
  • Participating in supervised intergenerational activities that foster meaningful connections between children and senior residents
  • Maintaining positive communication with families and team members
  • Monitoring student progress and classroom behavior
  • Ensuring compliance with Missouri licensing and educational standards
