  • Once activated, hand off to the Influencer & Partnerships Manager to manage, execute, and maintain the relationship going forward.

Budget & Spend Ownership
  • Own and manage media budgets and spend across all campaigns. Make allocation decisions across channels based on strategy and performance.
  • Provide budget allocations to the Ad Buyer Team Lead to manage pacing against. Track spend before, during, and after each campaign to ensure strong return on investment and proper use of funds.

Audience Research & Market Intelligence
  • Research products, audiences, and the competitive landscape to inform media planning and spending decisions.
  • Stay current on emerging media platforms, tools, and industry trends to bring innovative tactics to the team. Translate market intelligence into actionable strategy inputs that inform the CD, Ad Buyer Team Lead, and broader team.

  • Present executive-level media strategies and campaign recaps to senior leadership. Use performance data to inform ongoing and future campaign strategy.

Strategic Direction - Social & Brand
  • Set the strategic direction for how organic social and brand teams support and ladder up to campaign strategy. Define the "what and why" for how those functions show up in each campaign.
  • The Project Specialist manages the day-to-day relationship and operational coordination with those teams.
