Job description

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 


The Concessions Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional, and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $10.98 - $12.00 and is tip eligible.

This is a seasonal role from April 14th, 2026, and will end on June 30th, 2026.

This position will remain open until July 17th, 2026.


Opened in March 2017, Inter&Co Stadium is home to Orlando City of Major League Soccer (MLS) and Orlando Pride of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL). The soccer-specific stadium is located in the heart of downtown Orlando and was the first MLS stadium to open with five consecutive victories.

Inter&Co Stadium was 100 percent privately funded at a cost of $155 million. It features a 360-degree lower bowl; North America’s first safe-standing supporters’ section—dubbed “The Wall” – and a four-sided canopy roof to keep the noise in and weather out. In Section 12, there are 49 rainbow-colored seats to memorialize the victims of the tragedy at Pulse Night Club. The stadium also houses the club's front office.

Since its opening, the venue had already seen a number of guest experience upgrades, highlighted by the “Orlando Made” food and beverage program, featuring local favorites for fans to enjoy all that the City Beautiful has to offer under one roof.

To date, the stadium has hosted the U.S. Men’s National Team's 2018 & 2022 World Cup Qualifiers; the U.S. Women's National Team in the 2018, 2020 & 2023 SheBelieves Cup; as well as the 2017 NWSL Championship, 2017 NCAA Women’s College Cup, 2018 & 2019 MLS Combines, multiple editions of the Florida Cup, the 2019 MLS All-Star Game, the 2019, 2021 & 2022 Cure Bowl, the Orlando Philharmonic, and the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games opening ceremony.


  • Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in the areas of guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
  • Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks, including state and federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol.
  • Responsible for learning or having knowledge of various beer, wine varieties & spirits available and being able to learn to suggestively upsell products to guests.
  • Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size.
  • Check guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
  • Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required.
  • Listening and responding to any customer requests or concerns.
  • Bartenders are expected to de-escalate intoxicated guest situations. If a guest becomes confrontational, belligerent, or uses extreme profanity, the bartender may contact management or security as required.
  • Contact a management member if he/she is unable to resolve or make a decision beyond the scope of standard decision-making.
  • Request additional products or restock products as required.
  • Handle cash accurately as required. The employee is responsible for the issued bank at his/her bar.
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation at all times. Ensures that bar equipment is clean and well maintained.
  • Other duties as assigned may include setting up and breaking down bar equipment as required and assisting with the organization of the cooler.

  • Six months or more experience bartending.
  • Accurate cash handling skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
  • Bartending school preferred.
