What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an intensivist?

To thrive as an Intensivist, you need extensive knowledge of critical care medicine, advanced life support, and a medical degree with board certification in critical care or a related specialty. Familiarity with ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring systems, and electronic health records is essential, alongside certifications like ACLS and FCCS.
