Job description

This role requires strong technical business analysis capabilities combined with hands-on exposure to Automation and AI technologies. The Technical Business Analyst will support the Field Service Efficiency (EDGE) program, helping reimagine service delivery through intelligent automation, AI-powered solutions, and workflow optimization.
The role focuses on translating business needs into technical solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Understand enterprise architecture and system components including Services, ODM, Databases, UIs, and BPM platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements across multiple initiatives.
  • Conduct technical and functional analysis of workflow platforms and applications.
  • Document Current State, Target State, and Gap Analysis.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive documentation including:
    • Functional specifications
    • Process flows
    • Technical architecture
    • Sequence diagrams
    • Data flows
    • System integrations
    • User stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Operate within an Agile product development environment, supporting:
    • Sprint Planning
    • Backlog Refinement
    • Scrum ceremonies
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Resolve production issues and data quality inquiries through root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of process automation, AI technologies, and workflow management.
  • Hands-on experience applying Generative AI in business or technical analysis contexts.
  • Proven success in Agile product delivery, stakeholder engagement, and user-centric solution design.
  • Experience working with complex enterprise systems and integrations.
