  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making, and continuously monitor and improve the quality and accuracy of reports
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports
  • Provide training and support to end-users on report usage and interpretation
  • Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert to business analysts, providing guidance on enterprise reporting tools while collaborating with IT infrastructure teams and stakeholders to deliver production-ready reports and drive reporting strategy, rationalization, and tool consolidation initiatives.
  • Ensure all assigned work adheres to corporate IT standards and methodologies
  • Productively contribute to multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision
  • Limited travel required for training and business collaboration
  • Be a strong advocate for IT SOX compliance and Segregation of Duties (SOD)

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years of Enterprise Reporting experience
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process understanding, stakeholder interviews, and translating business needs into reporting solutions.
