Seeking Business Intelligence Solutions Consultant candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government and Public Services Sector Clients such as MontCo. This is a Part-Time or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Senior Consultant Functional Area Professional - Operations Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Operations (Business Intelligence Solutions Consultant) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Montgomery County PA (MontCo) | County Finance Department Generally Located In  CONUS - Norristown PA and across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Business Intelligence Solutions Consultant | Senior Consultant [MontCo0007006]

• Lead BI tool selection, implementation, and integration with County systems. Translate financial and contract requirements into technical BI specifications. Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to ensure system compatibility. Provide expert recommendations on cost-saving strategies based on data insights.

Desired Qualifications For Business Intelligence Solutions Consultant | Senior Consultant [MontCo0007006] (MontCo0007006) Candidates:

• Strong understanding of BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Experience in public sector procurement and finance.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred). 5-7 years of experience in BI implementation or consulting.

Skills Required

• BI systems architecture, Financial data analysis, Project management, SQL, ETL tools.

Competencies Required

• Analytical thinking, Strategic communication, Problem-solving, Change management.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• May require coordination with third-party BI vendors. On-site support may be requested during implementation.
• Role supports multi-agency integration for shared services.

Other Details

• Must have experience with integrating government financial systems. Knowledge of local government procurement cycles is a plus.
