Salary: $95k-$160k (depending on experience) The Program Manager leads overall program execution, overseeing cost, schedule, performance, and risk across all task areas supporting global LVC environments. Essential Functions: * Lead end-to-end program execution across all SOW task areas. * Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk at the program level. * Oversee PMRs, reporting, and contract deliverables. * Ensure compliance with DoD/Navy policies and contractual requirements. * Direct workforce planning, staffing, and performance management. * Coordinate with Government stakeholders and senior leadership. * Drive strategic planning, continuous improvement, and mission success. * Other duties as assigned or required. Requirements Required: * 12+ years of experience in program/project management or related field. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects. * Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk). * Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM). Desired: * Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs. * Familiarity with EVM and program reporting. * Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Power BI). Additional Qualifications: * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments. Security Clearance: * Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred.
