AI Agent Program Manager
Location-Fremont, CA (Local Candidates for Onsite/1-2 Days Hybrid work)

Agent Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI agent and automation programs from inception through deployment.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
  • Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and adoption of AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through regular communication, governance reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Monitor program performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes to ensure value realization.
  • Establish best practices for AI governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI usage.
  • Support change management activities, including user enablement, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes through AI and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Program Management, Product Management, Technology Consulting, or related experience.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar AI/automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, KPI development, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to define and execute strategic technology initiatives.
