WILL RELOCATE
 
In this role you will oversee and develop client proposals, ensuring methodological soundness while consistently delivering exceptional services within timelines and budgets. You will leverage your coding skills to enhance reporting and data processes, drive client engagement, and identify growth opportunities for the firm. This role requires effective leadership of diverse teams and mentorship of junior members, contributing to their professional development and the overall growth of our practice areas.
We'll Trust you to:
  • Lead Client Delivery: Own end-to-end client engagement delivery, including proposal development, project execution, client relationships, and team coordination. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Build Subject Matter Expertise: Develop expertise in one or more Commercial Operations areas, including incentive compensation, commercial reporting, or field operations and enablement. Serve as a trusted resource for teams and clients.
  • Develop Data-Driven Solutions: Build and enhance complex reports, tools, and data processes; conduct advanced analyses and translate findings into actionable client insights.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Identify process improvements and develop scalable, repeatable solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and speed across engagements.
  • Leverage Technical Skills: Use SAS, Python, VBA, and other analytical tools to support data processing, reporting, automation, and quality.
  • Drive Client Success & Growth: Build strong client relationships, identify opportunities to expand engagements, and contribute delivery insights to proposals, scoping, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Manage Engagements & Risk: Monitor project progress, proactively address risks, and ensure solutions align with established methodologies and best practices.
  • Strengthen the Practice: Contribute to new offerings, best practices, knowledge sharing, and reusable tools that enhance the firm's capabilities.
  • Lead & Mentor Teams: Guide and develop high-performing teams while fostering an innovative, inclusive, and collaborative environment. Mentor team members and emerging subject matter experts.
  • Support Practice Enablement: Contribute to training, onboarding, recruitment, employee engagement, and other initiatives that strengthen the practice and team
What You Bring:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 6 years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) are strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical and quantitative aptitude, with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Project & People Management: Proven project management and people management skills, with experience as a team leader or manager.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of current trends and best practices in analytics within the life sciences industry.
