Here, you'll have the chance to work with an Agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients' most pressing missions. We're looking for someone like you to help propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

As an IT Business Analyst, you'll develop leading-edge applications and products. Partnering with your team of UI/UX designers, developers, testers, business analysts, and leading user experience and content specialists, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high-business value products to our clients.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with technology work

  • 2+ years of experience as a requirements analyst or business analyst

  • Experience leading teams and client engagements

  • Experience documenting and managing requirements in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

  • Experience in requirements gathering and analyzing data to determine solutions for issues

  • Experience distilling complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with thorough acceptance criteria

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and QA, and presenting recommendations to product owners based on findings

  • Experience conductingcurrent-state and target-state analysis and design forsoftware applications

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Agile frameworks, including Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean, DevOps, or SAFe

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
