The City University Construction Fund (CUCF) is a New York State public benefit corporation that manages the $3 billion capital construction program for the design and construction of space required to support the educational mandate of the City University of New York (CUNY).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide quality assurance of worksheet data, adjusting where necessary in accordance with the PMO
  • Assist in analyzing and maintaining project-related data used for reporting and tracking
  • Manage master data including creation, compilation, updates, and deletion
  • Manage project data in PMWeb and project creations, then update and train staff, as required
  • Work in Excel to clean, organize, validate, and analyze data using pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, formulas, and related tools
  • Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Core Competencies:
  • Enrolled in a CUNY school with at least 45 credits towards a Bachelor's degree in a data or technical major
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort in working on large datasets and the ability to present information clearly and accurately
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization/reporting tools
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal skills, customer service, and presentation skills
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, changing needs, and shifting priorities
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently

Pay Range:
$17.50 per hour
