Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level support. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to handle logistics, provide problem-solving skills, and anticipate needs before they arise. Clear and concise communication is key. We are a couple who run multiple businesses and need assistance with daily errands, email & schedule management, and meeting preparation.
