Position Overview:

We are seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney or Partner with 2+ years of experience in Patent or Intellectual Property Litigation to join the firm's growing team in California.


This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value IP disputes and take ownership of matters throughout the litigation lifecycle, from case strategy and discovery through trial.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sophisticated litigation strategies for patent and intellectual property disputes.

  • Manage all phases of complex litigation, including:

    • Case evaluation and strategy

    • Discovery and document management

    • Expert witness development

    • Motion practice

    • Depositions

    • Trial preparation and support



  • Collaborate closely with partners, attorneys, and clients on high-value and complex litigation matters.

  • Provide exceptional legal analysis, written advocacy, and client service throughout the litigation process.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on Patent Litigation or Intellectual Property Litigation.

  • Strong research, legal writing, deposition, and oral advocacy skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation matters independently from inception through resolution.

  • Admission in additional states is a plus.

  • Partner-level candidates should have a portable book of business.


Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $350,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
