Position: Plumbing Technician 
Duration: 3+ Months     
Location: Rochester, NH 03867    
Job Type: Onsite     
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM
  
Job Description:   
  • Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
  • This includes installing and repairing water, gas, and other piping systems, as well as plumbing fixtures and appliances.
  • They would also be responsible for cleaning drains, removing obstructions, and addressing any issues with pipes and fixtures. 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Installation: Installing new plumbing systems, fixtures (like sinks, toilets, showers), and appliances (like dishwashers, water heaters). 
  • Repair: Repairing broken or damaged pipes, fixtures, and appliances. 
  • Preventative Maintenance: Inspecting pipes, drains, and fixtures for signs of wear and tear, or potential issues and suggesting necessary maintenance or repairs. 
  • Emergency Response: Responding to emergency situations like broken boilers or blocked drains. 
  • System Optimization: Ensuring the proper function and efficiency of plumbing systems.
