Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Process Engineering / CQV
Location: Bend, Oregon (On-site)
Duration: 12 Months
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Process Engineering and CQV background to support capital projects and operational improvements in a biopharmaceutical GMP facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process engineering, equipment, and facility projects
- Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate with engineering, validation, quality, and manufacturing teams
- Oversee CQV activities (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation)
- Ensure GMP, FDA, and regulatory compliance
- Support tech transfer, scale-up, and process improvements
- Manage vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of project management experience in life sciences
- Strong experience in Process Engineering and/or CQV
- Pharma, biotech, or biologics manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of equipment, utilities, and manufacturing systems
- Experience working in GMP-regulated environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Hands-on IQ/OQ/PQ experience
- Process validation / PPQ / tech transfer experience
- Biologics manufacturing knowledge
