We're investing 3.5 billion dollars to expand and modernize our Rio Rancho facilities and creating thousands of new jobs along the way - all while building on our commitment to corporate responsibility with our RISE (Responsive, Inclusive, Sustainable, Enabling) strategy.
The Production team drives manufacturing execution 24x7 within our wafer fabs. The Production Line Coordinator (LineCo) owns identifying and eliminating barriers to tactical execution within the wafer fab.
Work a compressed work week consisting of three consecutive 12-hour shifts, followed by a four-day work week every other week.
Nightshift only shift 4 or shift 6.
Shift 4: (nights frontend) PM-AM Sun-Tues and alternating Saturday nights
Shift 6: (nights backend) PM-AM Wed-Fri and alternating Saturday nigh
This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
2-year contract - with potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Line limiters identification and tracking, drumbeat adjustments and monitoring, queue time loop management, coordinating tool and loop downtime in collaboration with the modules.
• Line management and optimization: Interpret segment graphs and utilize key features of multiple reports to manage the line. Apply manufacturing concepts to monitor utilization and indicators to support of velocity metrics.
• WIP management: Execute process lockouts, interpret Lot Dispatch, and understand key tools' run rules to manage wafer movement. Determine lot properties and attributes to facilitate addressing issues. Identify static WIP and escalate to factory stakeholders per spec.
• Critical Queue Time (CQT): Understand and manage CQT loops to ensure quality expectations are met. Understand Lot Dispatch for CQT information, interpret CQT dashboard and reports, explain CQT start and end, and identify when QEF is required for CQT misses. Demonstrate and apply knowledge of CQT loop control methods and identify which module owns CQT execution and staging operations.
• Identify segment loops and review loop release history to understand constraints and throttles for CQTs. Resolve throttles, and escalate to correct key stakeholders.
• Hot Boxes and Velocity: Support operations to achieve effective Hot Box lot movement.
In addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Understanding of production systems and queue management.
• Ability to analyze lot flow and tool performance data to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using factory tools such as FSUI, Redwing, and COS dashboards.
• Clear communication and cross-functional area collaboration.
• Written and verbal communication skills for effective passdown and coordination.
• Interpersonal skills to engage with module teams and shift counterparts.
• Ability to maintain clarity and composure in high-pressure situations.

Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have at least one of the following:
• HS/GED and 5+ years related operations experience. OR
• Associate of Arts or Science degree with 3+ years of operations experience. OR
• 3+ years of military experience. OR
• 2+ years' experience with wafer fabrication production systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 (Hourly Role)
