Join Intel's dynamic team as a Manufacturing Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence across Intel's advanced manufacturing operations. In this critical position, you will bridge the gap between product design and high-volume manufacturing while ensuring the reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness of Intel's cutting-edge technologies. Your work will directly influence factory performance, product quality, and manufacturing capabilities, contributing to Intel's position as a global leader in semiconductor technology. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, and implementing strategic improvements, you will make a significant impact on Intel's manufacturing excellence and help deliver industry-leading solutions to customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, requirements, and technologies to support high-volume production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product engineers, design teams, and manufacturing operations to align strategies and requirements
• Optimize and sustain manufacturing processes throughout the product lifecycle to improve efficiency and performance
• Design and implement integration and assembly processes, including tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing operations.
• Partner with high-volume manufacturing sites to transfer processes and resolve manufacturing-related challenges
• Provide technical expertise and solutions for manufacturing issues, ensuring seamless execution and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reduce costs, and meet new performance benchmarks
• Develop comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and best practices
• Lead engineering projects including defining requirements, managing timelines, and conducting post-implementation reviews
• Analyze manufacturing metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities and drive factory performance enhancements
Annual Salary Range for jobs to be performed in Rio Rancho, NM: $149,028 - $170,630 USD
This position requires work at the Intel site at least 4 days per week in accordance with company policy.
