About Wellbore Integrity
Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Wellbore Integrity Solutions was established by industry veterans with extensive experience in the wellbore integrity (Fishing & Remedial) market space and global operating experience in oilfield services, manufacturing and E&P. Through the assets and technologies WIS acquires, we will provide wellsite services aimed at optimizing and extending the life of oil, gas and geothermal wells. These services will include a wide range of well intervention services that extend from fishing and remedial to slot recovery, coiled tubing to final well abandonment and more.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assists in cleaning and preparing various down-hole drilling tools for non-destructive testing (NDT) including but not limited to drill pipe, drill collars, crossover subs, lifting equipment, non-magnetic drilling tools and various directional drilling tools
  • Assists in determining if drilling tools & equipment meets standards set by the industry
  • Assists in performing inspections at company-owned facilities, customer-owned facilities and active drilling locations
  • Travels out of town to inspection sites and stays for extended periods of times
  • Completes all assigned tasks on time, up to the expected standard and with an appropriate level of supervision
  • Shows concern for quality, accuracy, and completeness of work activities
  • Must be aware of and always comply with QHSE standards and practice.
  • Any other job duties assigned by Lead Inspector or Operations Supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be willing to work long hours and be on call 24 hours/day
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Able to move equipment & tools weighing up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to work in all types of weather conditions
  • Wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with management and co-workers
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
