Their duties often include conducting risk assessments, investigating breaches of conduct, and providing training to staff on ethics and compliance issues. By fostering a culture of integrity, they help protect the organization's reputation and minimize legal or financial risks.

They often lead training sessions, investigate potential breaches, and provide guidance to ensure that all employees understand and adhere to organizational standards. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as Integrity Managers must foster a culture of transparency and accountability across various departments. Effective collaboration helps proactively identify risks and ensures consistent application of ethical practices.
