Location: Pacific Northwest, based near Portland, OR with travel across multiple project sites

Position Summary
Integrity PSC is seeking a mid level Field CM / Inspector to support quality assurance and field verification across a range of renewable energy and utility generation projects, including wind, solar, and substation and transmission work. This role focuses on day to day field oversight and inspection rather than full project management responsibility, and supports multiple active projects across generation types.
The Field CM / Inspector works under the general direction of project leadership while performing inspection duties with a strong degree of independent judgment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform field inspections across active construction sites to verify work meets design, specification, and quality standards
• Document inspection findings, non conformance issues, and corrective actions
• Support quality assurance and quality control processes across multiple generation types
• Coordinate with construction managers, contractors, and engineering teams to resolve field issues
• Assist with commissioning, testing, and punch list activities as needed
• Ensure work observed is performed in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
• Travel between multiple active project sites as staffing needs require
Minimum Qualifications
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience
• 3 to 7 years of field construction, inspection, or quality assurance experience
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple project sites
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience across multiple generation types, such as wind, solar, substation, or general T&D
• NICET certification or equivalent QA/QC credential
• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience supporting commissioning and testing activities
