Job description

Element has an opportunity for a Nondestructive Etch Inspector (3rd Shift) to join our growing team. To conduct daily Etch tests in accordance with company approved procedures while paying close attention to safety and project timelines.

Salary: $20.50- $25.50/hr DOE + Shift differential

Hours: 10:30pm-7am


• Conduct daily Etch logs in accordance with written company procedures
• Process parts per Element procedures and/or specifications
• General knowledge of chemical processes performed at EMT
• Conduct Chemical additions
• Maintain related test equipment and tools in good working condition
• Complete assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform other duties as assigned


• High school graduate or equivalent
• Etching metal plating experience a plus
• Familiar with testing codes and standards
• Experience in interpreting testing procedures and requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community
• Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Well developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs
