This position involves conducting thorough inspections of trailers to identify any mechanical, structural, or safety issues that could impact performance or regulatory compliance. The Trailer Inspector is responsible for documenting findings, coordinating necessary repairs, and ensuring that all trailers meet federal and state safety standards before they are deployed. By maintaining high standards of trailer integrity, this role directly contributes to the prevention of accidents, operational downtime, and costly repairs.
