Receptionist Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, professional and friendly manner
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and organized manner at all times
  • Operate standard office equipment effectively
  • Estimate service calls and schedule customers professionally and accurately
  • Receive deliveries - develops a professional relationship with our vendors
  • Maintain the general office filing system
  • Willing to support our dispatch department
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Team

Receptionist Qualifications
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees; uses Please and Thank you in all email, in-person, and phone conversations
  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
