Founded in 1910 with a small farm and a sheet metal shop in Lehi, GUNTHERS is now in its fourth generation and is the longest-running HVAC business in Utah County. THE ROLE
The Sales & Install Coordinator keeps our HVAC residential business running smoothly - supporting the sales team, scheduling installations, and making sure every job moves seamlessly from signed proposal to completed install. You are the link between what we promise our customers and what we deliver in their homes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate the installation schedule and dispatch install crews for efficient, on-time starts.
  • Process sales proposals and ensure job details transfer accurately from the estimators to the install teams.
  • Order equipment and materials; coordinate permits and inspections.
  • Submit consumer financing, process job deposits and payments as needed.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the process, from scheduling through job completion.
  • Track job progress and follow up on callbacks and warranty issues promptly.
  • Support the sales team with reporting on leads, sales, and job status.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Uphold GUNTHERS Core Values in every customer and team interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior experience or familiarity with the HVAC trades; sales or coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs and schedules at once.
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills.
  • Comfortable with scheduling software and Microsoft suite.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies; GUNTHERS is a smoke-free workplace
