Effective communication with operations, maintenance, and safety teams is crucial to address issues promptly and maintain compliance without disrupting production.

To thrive as an Integrity Engineer, you need a solid background in engineering (often mechanical or materials), a strong understanding of risk assessment, and relevant industry experience, typically supported by a bachelor's degree in engineering. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are essential soft skills for evaluating asset integrity and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. These competencies ensure the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of critical infrastructure in industries such as oil, gas, and manufacturing.
