INTEGRIS Health Oklahoma has opportunities for board certified or board eligible OB/GYN's to join an established hospital-based practice at INTEGRIS Health Woodward, in Woodard, Oklahoma. The OB/GYN would join an established practice with other OB/GYN's in the clinic. A 1:2 call group full surgical services, C Section, no robotics at this time, approximately 168 deliveries a year.

Responsibilities
The Physician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Thoroughly evaluates and manages each patient appropriately and documents information completely by use of written notes or dictation on a timely basis
  • Identifies relevant medical issues accurately and uses appropriate procedures and testing
  • Completes and maintains problem list, medication list, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets and other medical record forms
  • Participates in the quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee
  • Provides direction to staff members for an efficient and smooth running team
  • Ensures fiscal viability of the practice
  • Complies with policies and procedures if applicable.
  • The Physician is responsible for patients.
This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Moderate exposure to hazardous risks, including potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Potential for bodily injury related to lifting and incidents of workplace violence. Must follow universal safety precautions. Exposed to constant interruptions, noise, disagreeable odors, and assorted chemicals.
