Job description

What success looks like in this role:

MIT LL is seeking a strong hands-on Boomi developer with the ability to mentor others, including:

Deep experience with Boomi integration development

Strong understanding of API integration and enterprise integration patterns

Experience integrating with databases (e.g., Oracle), REST services, and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple development teams

Strong communication and mentoring skills

Experience helping organizations adopt and operationalize integration platforms

Develop integrations directly on the Boomi platform in collaboration with internal development teams

Co-develop solutions with MIT LL engineers to demonstrate Boomi integration best practices and architecture patterns

Mentor and guide developers who have completed Boomi training but require hands-on experience applying the platform

Help accelerate delivery of real integration projects and operational use cases

Provide technical guidance on common enterprise integration patterns including REST/HTTP APIs, database integrations, and ServiceNow connectivity

Troubleshoot integration issues and help teams resolve technical challenges as they adopt Boomi

Act as a Boomi champion within the organization, helping expand adoption across multiple development groups

Support internal enablement activities such as demonstrations, workshops, or knowledge-sharing sessions

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
