Integrators are professionals who coordinate and manage the various parts of a business, project, or technical system to ensure they work together smoothly. In business, an Integrator often works closely with leadership teams to align operations, implement processes, and drive accountability across departments. In technical fields, Integrators may specialize in bringing together different software, hardware, or systems so they function as a unified whole. Their role is crucial for efficiency, problem-solving, and achieving organizational goals. The specific responsibilities can vary depending on the industry, but the core focus is always on connecting and harmonizing complex elements.

How does an integrator typically collaborate with cross-functional teams during project implementation?

Integrators play a central role in coordinating efforts between various departments such as engineering, IT, and project management to ensure seamless system integration. They facilitate communication, clarify technical requirements, and help resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process. Successful Integrators proactively schedule meetings, document progress, and adapt to feedback from different stakeholders, making them essential in maintaining project timelines and quality. This collaborative approach not only streamlines workflows but also builds strong interdepartmental relationships.

Job description

Spaulding Ridge is an advisory and IT implementation firm. We help global organizations get financial clarity into the complex, daily sales, and operational decisions that impact profitable revenue generations, efficient operational performance, and reliable financial management.
At Spaulding Ridge, we believe all business is personal. Core to our values is our relationships with our clients, our business partners, our team, and the global community. Our employees dedicate their time to helping our clients transform their business, from strategy through implementation and business transformation.
We are looking for an Integration Manager to join our Data Solutions team!
As an Integration Manager, you'll own the full lifecycle of enterprise integration engagements - from pre-sales and discovery through architecture, delivery, and client enablement. You'll lead technical workstreams, manage and mentor junior team members, and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across complex, multi-system programs. This role demands equal parts technical depth and consulting leadership.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
  • Lead end-to-end integration workstreams across enterprise platforms including Salesforce, DocuSign CLM, Boomi, Mulesoft, Snowflake, NetSuite, Workday, and other cloud or on-premise systems
  • Architect and oversee the implementation of REST and SOAP API integrations, including OAuth 2.0 authentication flows, webhook patterns, and error handling strategies
  • Drive pre-sales activities including scoping sessions, effort estimation, solution design, and oral presentations alongside sales leadership
  • Build and present proof-of-concept integrations to prospective clients that demonstrate platform capabilities and Spaulding Ridge's differentiated approach
  • Own day-to-day client relationships on active engagements, managing expectations, escalations, and executive communications
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of integration consultants and analysts, providing technical guidance and career coaching
  • Establish and enforce integration standards, documentation practices, and reusable design patterns across the team
  • Utilize Postman and similar tooling for API testing, scripting, and collection-based quality assurance workflows
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and field mapping documentation
  • Support data migration projects involving staging, transformation logic, and cross-system validation

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 6-8+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, including enterprise system implementations and integration solution delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage junior resources across multiple concurrent client engagements
  • Functional experience with agentic code and ai-assisted integration development is a must.
  • Deep expertise in API fundamentals - REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML, pagination patterns, and error handling
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Postman, including scripting, pre/post-request logic, and automated test collections
  • Proven experience configuring and developing on middleware platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, SnapLogic, or similar
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Metadata, Platform Events) and Salesforce data architecture
  • Experience integrating CLM platforms such as DocuSign CLM, Ironclad, or Agiloft into enterprise ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms in an integration or pipeline context
  • Ability to support and lead sales cycles including orals, scoping workshops, and POC solution builds
  • Strong understanding of IT standards and compliance frameworks including COBIT, ITIL, SOX, and GDPR
  • Outstanding communication skills - able to present technical architecture to C-suite audiences and coach junior team members with equal clarity
  • Ability to travel as needed for client engagements

Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications in Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or comparable platforms
  • Experience with SQL or Python for data transformation, scripting, or integration support
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data structures, APIs (REST, Bulk, Metadata), and data movement patterns
  • Exposure to CI/CD practices and version control using GitHub or Bitbucket
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday in an integration design context
  • Knowledge of CLM workflow configuration, document automation, or contract lifecycle processes
  • Experience working with or designing AI-assisted integration patterns or emerging automation tooling

Personal Qualities:
  • A natural leader who invests in the growth of those around them
  • Passionate about solving complex integration challenges with clean, maintainable solutions
  • Proactive communicator who builds trust with clients and teammates alike
  • Intellectually curious with a drive to stay current on new platforms, tools, and industry patterns
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple engagements
