Advanced Effectors and Space (AES) Strategic Business Unit (SSBU), is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator reporting directly to the Transition to Production Director. You will be working closely with, and influence the Transition to Production team, functional team members, and other program office teammates. You will assist with providing tactical direction for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable program-level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management.
In addition to the internal responsibilities, you will also interface with the customer for various topics to include but not limited to monthly program reviews, customer working groups, and business growth discussions. In addition, you will be supporting future business growth initiatives by leading proposal efforts.
This role is Onsite located in Tucson, Arizona.
What You Will Do
  • Execute daily program cadence such as risk review boards, schedule performance management (EV cadence), IPT/CPT reviews, monthly management reviews (MMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
  • Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), Global Trade, Corporate and Business policies and procedures
  • Control account Management (CAM) for PMO efforts
  • Lead program risk and opportunity management efforts
  • Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations, such as contracts, finance, supply chain, operations, quality, and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits
  • Support proposal efforts

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience in project coordination, operations or business support
  • Experience with transition to production, production, or integration activities
  • Experience in program management, including but not limited to risk & opportunity (R&O) management, Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), and/or industry program management practices
  • Active and transferrable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Program Management Level 6 certification or industry equivalent with ability to obtain within a year
  • Experience preparing cost proposals and gate packages
  • Proposal Basis of Estimate (BOE) writer certification
  • Understanding of various contract types including domestic, foreign military sales (FMS), and how to execute within a mixed product line
  • Experience working with senior levels of leadership effectively, with high situational awareness, using essential diplomatic skills under stressful conditions.
  • Experience working across business areas, managing tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous disciplines, leadership, and management of execution.
  • Ability to operate independently in an extremely fast-paced environment to navigate organizational complexities and to obtain resources (through influence) to move initiatives forward.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
