We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our psychiatric outpatient facility at Prime Health Mental Clinic. You will interact with patients through secure video conferencing solutions and intensive digital health records, allowing for efficient documentation and information sharing.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, considering both psychological and physical health factors influencing patient outcomes.
• Develop personalized and integrated treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, promoting both mental and physical health stability.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based interventions to foster patient engagement and growth.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure continuity of care and improve overall treatment efficacy.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and management for patients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Educate patients about the connections between mental and physical health, equipping them with strategies to manage their conditions effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and secure patient records, adhering rigorously to state and federal confidentiality regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Participate proactively in team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary planning sessions to enhance treatment outcomes and collaborative practices.
• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing education and research to remain current with best practices in integrated care.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma, alongside chronic illnesses like autoimmune disorders and substance use disorders. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals navigate their complex health needs, providing a supportive environment tailored to foster recovery and stability.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
• Demonstrated understanding of the intersection of mental health and physical well-being, particularly for patients with co-occurring conditions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong capacity for therapeutic alliance building.
• Knowledge and adherence to all ethical standards related to patient care and confidentiality.

• Experience working in telehealth settings and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• History of collaboration with medical teams to deliver integrated care solutions.
• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions and workshops.

The compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually. We offer an attractive sign-on bonus of $3,000 upon joining. In addition, you will enjoy:
